or Hard Drawn Bright Wires
 HSWPL’s
hard drawn wire is manufactured in coils and is available
in diameters ranging from 2.00mm to 12.00mm. The tested
yield stress of the wire is at least 480Mpa, with ultimate
tensile strength of 500Mpa. The clean and smooth wire
is often used for plating, coating, and general wire
working purposes such as display stands, trolley, baskets,
chains, fasteners.
Manufactured to Indian standard IS 432 (Pt.1) or standard
JIS G3532, the wire is well accepted by many users in
both local and overseas market.

Drawn Ribbed Wires

the HSWPL’s reinforced Ribbed Wire. It has a ribbed
surface for better frictional adhesion to the concrete.
The greater of tensile strength could easily be used
to reinforce concretes, reinforcing wire welded fabric
to the construction industry. These wires are mainly
in size of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.
The product has got its own demand in International
market and is widely used by countries like Europe,
Australia and Newzeland. We manufacture these kinds
of wires as per JIS G3532, ASTM A82-90, and BS4482-85.

or Deformed Bars  We
are the pioneer manufacturer of High Strength Deformed
bars in India as per Indian standard and specification
IS 1786, Fe 550. Way back at 1985 we were the first
ever manufacturing unit in India for implementing plant
for producing this grade of deformed bars. Since then
we are dominating the domestic and international market
with the same product. We produce deformed bars using
superior BAUSTAHLGEWEBE technology. This technology
permits the production of smaller diameter bars having
superior strength and bond properties than even Fe 415
and Fe 500 grade steels which are not available in smaller
diameters.
We manufacture these rebar’s in different sizes
like 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm and even odd sizes like
5.5mm, 6.5mm, 7.5mm etc in the form of coil or straight
length from sizes 4 meter to 12 meter as per client's
specific requirement and demand.
Equivalent International standards for the same products
are ASTM A615 Grade 60, BS 4449 Grade 460, and DIN 488
etc.
